Fashion Forward & Sociable Our clients look to you as their fashion leader, so being well-dressed and engaged in the fashion world is essential. You need to live and breathe fashion; this is an opportunity to share your passion, not just a means to make a living. Meeting clients will be a core part of your time and your primary source of income. You must constantly seek out new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Global Citizen While sales are the core motivator, we will entrust you with capital and time to start. We require at least three years of experience in luxury services and fashion sales. An entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to grow your franchise are essential for success. This is a regional role; while you may experience many locations globally, it remains a business. Being familiar with the cities you will work in is a significant asset, so being well-traveled is ideal.

Exciting Travel Opportunity Travel to major urban centres in the USA and Europe (including NYC, LA, Paris, London, and beyond) to host trunk shows where you will engage with potential clients to introduce the company and its offerings. Take measurements for fittings, assist clients in selecting fabrics, styles, and fits that match their unique clothing needs, and finalise orders.

Compensation based on commission Your compensation includes a fixed salary and commission, which depends on your effort and sales performance. Developing a loyal and satisfied client base will lead to referrals and increased sales. First-year partners can anticipate earning around US$50,000, potentially reaching up to US$80,000 annually in their second and third years. Earnings can exceed US$150,000 annually as you successfully expand your client base.

Training and Development Each new Partner Stylist will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training program before being assigned to their first location. We regularly organise learning sessions to keep you up-to-date on new fashion trends and fabrics, including an annual visit to our fabric partners in Italy.

Performance Incentive Salary Your compensation will be based on generous commissions from your sales and your team’s sales once you step into a leadership role. Additionally, you’ll receive annual bonuses based on the volume sold, not just sales figures.
